CREAMY BROCCOLI + RED LENTIL SOUP

I had a bunch of broccoli that needed to be used up and thought this would be a perfect time to add a broccoli soup to the recipe collection. Seeing that my last soup, Butternut Squash + Red Lentil Soup, was so good with the addition of lentils, I decided to add them to this soup as well. Lentils add bulk, heartiness and boost the nutritional profile by adding protein and good carbohydrates. They cook fast too so you can pull this recipe together in about 40 minutes from start to finish. It's also a one-pot meal which I love (less dishes is always a plus)! I was inspired by both these recipes from 101 Cookbooks and Green Kitchen Stories. Both simple and delicious! I especially love the Savory Corn Biscuit recipe included in the GK Stories recipe, which I had a chance to make. I made half a batch and used different shapes, a flower and a circle. Because I didn't have the non-dairy yogurt on hand, I subbed unsweetened almond milk. They were still delicious without the yogurt, so easy to make and a perfect accompaniment to the soup!

On a side note...

CREAMY BROCCOLI + RED LENTIL SOUPCREAMY BROCCOLI + RED LENTIL SOUP

We know broccoli is a nutrient dense vegetable. Rich in fiber, vitamin k & C and folate, its deep color holds many health benefits. I often eat it simply steamed with a dollop of hummus and a little sambal oelek. Once mixed, the combination is creamy, slightly spicy and delicious! Having it here in a soup is a nice change up, especially with soup season under way.

I love red lentils and their ability to blend easily in pureed soups. They add fiber, protein and cook up very light as to not alter the color of the soup as much as if using green/brown lentils. I would suggest sourcing and keeping red lentils in your pantry at all times. They are reasonable at about $2 to $3 a pound and will make dishes more nutrient dense when added.

CREAMY BROCCOLI + RED LENTIL SOUP

CREAMY BROCCOLI + RED LENTIL SOUP

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon coconut, grapeseed or olive oil or 3 Tbsps water for water saute
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 2 - 3 large heads broccoli, cut into florets (stalks chopped ok too)
  • 6 - 7 cups water or vegetable broth (or combo)
  • 1 can coconut milk, optional
  • mineral salt, to taste

to serve
  • mustard seeds, crushed (I used black)
  • 1 - 2 scallions, sliced
  • slivered almonds

In a large dutch oven or stock pot, heat oil/water over medium heat, add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook another minute or until fragrant. Add lentils, broccoli, broth/water and optional coconut milk. Turn heat to high and bring to a boil, using the back of a fork or spoon press the broccoli down as much as you can to cover with liquids. Cover pot with lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. Soup is done when lentils are tender. Taste soup, add salt as needed. Using an immersion blender puree until desired consistency. Or once cooled a few minutes, use a food processor/blender to puree (this method may take two batches to complete).

Serve in individual bowls topped with mustard seeds, scallions and almonds. Pairs great with crusty bread or biscuits of choice. If you have one on hand, a squeeze of lemon will add some brightness.

Notes:

If using pre-cut packaged broccoli, use about 1 1/2 - 2 pounds or 8 - 10 cups.

You may feel there is not enough water, and most likely all the broccoli won't be covered by the liquids at first. As it cooks it will soften and sink down, and any that doesn't will steam and become soft. If you like you can push the broccoli down half way through cooking. If adding a while can of coconut milk, start with the lower amount of liquids adding more as needed.

If you don't use veggie broth or have run out of an onion and/or garlic. Try adding 1 teaspoon each of garlic and/or onion powder.

I recommend sticking with red lentils but you can use green/brown lentils if needed. Cook same as above but simmer for 30 - 35 minutes, or until lentils are tender. Your soup may look a bit muddy but flavor will be good.

Use full-fat or light coconut milk. If you'd prefer, use up to 1 cup or so of unsweetened almond milk.

PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA GRANOLA SNACK CLUSTERS

PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA GRANOLA SNACK CLUSTERS

I have some granola inspiration to share with you today! While at the store a few weeks ago, I saw a package of granola from La Brea Bakery and loved that it had big chunks. I set out to recreate that in my kitchen. Initially I wanted to make a mixed fruit granola, but seeing that I had some very ripe bananas that needed to be used up I thought I'd put them into a granola with a nut butter instead. We'll save the fruit granola for another time. This combination turned out great. Not too sweet, chunky like I wanted and the nut butter will add a good amount of protein. This is a perfect snacking granola! Great to have on hand at home or pack some up and take it with on the go. You can also break it up a bit more and top it on non-dairy ice cream or yogurt. You may even like to fill a bowl full, add some milk and enjoy. However you like your granola, this will be a great addition to your granola addiction!

I used almond butter here but you can use any natural nut butter you like. The bananas, the riper the better...the more ripe they are the sweeter they'll be.

Mix your wet and dry ingredients...

PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA GRANOLA SNACK CLUSTERS

Spread on 1 extra large baking sheet or 2 smaller ones. In the picture above I spread the granola close together. I did one sheet this way and another loosely spread out (first photo). Both batches worked great but the loosely spread granola baked a little faster.

Once cooled and broken up, you're ready to enjoy!

PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA GRANOLA SNACK CLUSTERS

PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA GRANOLA SNACK CLUSTERS

Ingredients
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup almond or peanut butter (I used crunchy almond butter)
  • 2 small ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
  • 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, optional
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, pepitas, cinnamon and salt.

Warm your coconut oil and maple syrup, combine with vanilla extract. Mash your bananas and measure your nut butter. Combine the wet ingredients with the oat mixture. Toss and mix to coat well.

Spread mixture evenly on a lined or lightly greased baking sheet (I used two baking sheets). You can either lightly compact the mixture or loosely spread it out a bit. If compacting, you'll want to mix the granola when rotating after 30 minutes.

Bake for 30 minutes. Turn and rotate sheet/sheets, bake an additional 25 - 30 minutes. Keep an eye towards the end so it doesn't over brown (ovens run differently). Remove from oven, granola will be somewhat soft at first. Let cool for 15 minutes, break up into chunks, especially the center part if you've compacted the mixture. Let granola cool completely to harden.

Notes:

Change up the nuts using peanuts, walnuts or pecan pieces. Use sunflower seeds in place of the pepitas.

You will most likely do just as well without any oil. If you'd like to reduce the oil, try using only 2 tablespoons. I like the flavor and addition of the coconut oil for myself.

Once cooled, if you still find your granola to not be as crunchy as you might like, bake again at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes, keep an eye so it doesn't over brown.

This granola needs to cook low and slow. My first batch I baked at 325 degrees F. for 40 minutes but it still needed extra baking time after cooling to become crunchy. I lowered the temp and added a bit more time. Be sure to watch it towards the end so it doesn't become burnt, especially if you've spread it loosely on the baking sheet.

The 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon gives a very subtle flavor, add another 1/2 teaspoon for a more enhanced cinnamon flavor.

If you happen to have both rolled and quick oats on hand, try using 2 - 3 cups rolled oats and 1 -2 cups of quick oats (use whatever combo equals 4 cups with at least 2 cups rolled oats). This will also help to make nice clusters.

Enjoy!

    VANILLA DATE SMOOTHIE

    VANILLA DATE SMOOTHIE

I never regret going to the gym, but I always regret not going! Case in point, I've been working very hard on a special project I have coming up and sometimes get lost in the passion of it all. It's enough to keep me from going, for which I always end up regretting. I make myself go in these times and always feel amazing when I'm done. The ideas open up and flow through me with ease, I've come up with some amazing ideas. Plus, it gives me time to break away from the intensity of the day. Even though the gym is intense in its own way, it's blood circulating and sweat producing, I find it so relaxing as well...maybe more so when it's over. ;) It really is essential to your overall good health and well-being. I agree to that 100%. Maybe some of you feel the way I do, or maybe you simply dislike it like a few people I know. Either way, I wish everyone the best of health! It's what I was thinking about today, how good it feels and I was so glad I went. Not to mention, coming home to make this vanilla date smoothie. It's a perfect sweet treat for a job well done!

    VANILLA DATE SMOOTHIE

Earlier this month, I picked up this big beautiful box of dates from my local Indian farmers market. How could I resist?! These are the extra fancy ones and they are the most tender, soft, sweet and caramely date I've had in long time. Fresh dates are simply the best, they are sweet and ready to be put to good use. As soon as I got home from the market I put together this vanilla date smoothie and loved every sip, especially those little date pieces that are like pieces of heaven to eat. If you've got some dates and frozen bananas on hand, I suggest you treat yourself to something simple and wonderful!

    Ingredients
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional
    • 1 large frozen banana
    • 4 - 5 ice cubes or another frozen banana
    • 3 - 4 medjool dates, pitted (soft and fresh is best)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, about two minutes. Add a splash or two of extra almond milk if needed.

You may have visually small pieces of dates within the shake. That's ok, and even with those I had no trouble using my straw without having to clear the bottom of it maybe once or twice....Those little chunks are so caramely and delicious!

    Serves one.

    Notes:

For the protein powder, I've been using the Garden of Life Raw Fit lately. I love the fact that Garden of Life has a few protein powders that don't contain stevia. I prefer to sweeten my shakes/smoothies with fruits and personally don't care for the stevia after taste. I'm not on a weight management program but do love the high protein amount in this powder. The Raw Fit contains 28 grams of protein, which is half my daily recommended amount. For me, one shake a day is a perfect treat! If using protein powder, you may like to add 1/4 - 1/2 cup more of milk or water.

    Enjoy!

      CHOCOLATE CHAI ROASTED ALMONDS

      CHOCOLATE CHAI ROASTED ALMONDS

I've been very busy since my last post updating some older recipe that desperately needed to be revisited, not only for the pictures but to update and streamline the ingredients and instructions. In case you're interested, take a look and see if any inspire you. First up was the Smoky Chipotle Maple T.L.T., an absolutely delicious sandwich. Then I was onto the Raw Vegetable Pasta...you'll never miss regular pasta again with this one. Next, the Refried Bean & Avocado Lavash Wrap which was just a whim recipe at the time that hit the spot. Up next, I revamped the Pasta and Bean Soup with Kale which is out of this world. Lastly, the Spicy Carrot & Hummus Sandwich...delicious in every way. Today not only are you getting one inspirational recipe to try but 6! Take a look and hopefully you'll be inspired to add more of these recipes to your meal plans for the upcoming months!

I've been doing a lot of snack and dessert type recipes lately and have been loving every minute of it. Inspired by my Chocolate Chai Popcorn, I decided to try roasted almonds with this flavorful mix and it worked great. The flavor of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, clove with some black pepper spice all lightly wrapped with a hint of cocoa. It's a fun and delicious flavor! Almonds are an alkalizing nut and eating just 9 almonds a day will provide you with all the vitamin E you need for the day. They're also a great source of magnesium, potassium, copper and fiber. These flavored almonds make for quite an addicting but healthy little snack that I'm happy to share with you today. I love that they travel well too. Bag or bottle some up in a mason jar and take them with you for the day. They even make for great gift ideas for special holidays or just because. Share the goodness, share the love!

      • 3 cups raw almonds
      • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
      • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, optional
      • 1 heaping teaspoon cocoa powder
      • 1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
      • 1 heaping teaspoon cardamom
      • 1 heaping teaspoon ginger
      • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
      • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
      • a few pinches of mineral salt

      Preheat oven to 350.

In a large mixing bowl, add almonds, maple syrup, vanilla and spices, mix well to coat. On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled, spread almonds, syrup and all, in a single layer, it's ok if they're touching each other. Bake on center rake for 20 - 22 minutes, shuffling the almonds around once after 10 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with mineral salt and let cool to harden. They may clump together a bit while cooling but will easily come apart.

Store in air tight container for up to a month.

Asian Rainbow Salad + Spicy Mango Dressing

Asian Rainbow Salad + Spicy Mango Dressing

You may remember a few posts back that I mentioned buying loads of strawberries each week, I shared with you all a Strawberry Chocolate Milkshake.  Not only have I been buying strawberries each week, and freezing most of them, I've also been buying mangoes. We have a local farmer who comes around selling them and I scoop them up as much as I can. Some have been chopped and stored in the freezer along with the strawberries for smoothies, others eaten with a sprinkle of cayenne or as is. I love mangoes with their sweet yellow/orange flesh  and have been wanting to put them to different uses. I've always wanted to try a mango dressing but just never felt like using the food processor, one more thing to have to wash...I'm all about keeping things easy. But sometimes you just have to give and the little extra cleaning was all worth it. This spicy mango dressing with it's beautiful color is the perfect accompaniment to this colorful salad. And, it's a nice mix up to all the peanut dressings that I usually tend to use. Light, bright and refreshing, this colorful salad is another welcome addition to the recipe collection!

Chinese Chop Salad + Peanut Sesame Dressing

Chinese Chop Salad + Peanut Sesame Dressing

Light, fresh foods are my inspiration these days. Fresh is back in my kitchen as I crave the lighter fare with the changing season. Today I share with you this Chinese chop salad which is meant to be enjoyed in abundance! It will make quite a bit so you can either graze on it throughout the day or simply have some, saving the rest for later if not making for a group, or simply half the recipe. It's meant to be versatile as well, using whatever ingredients you prefer or have on hand. I have used red and green cabbage along with romaine lettuce here. Feel free to use any combination if you don't want to use all three. The vegetables are in abundance too, I didn't add any carrots so that my be something you might like to add to yours. I have also included lightly grilled tofu on top of my salad but this is an option. The dressing will add a little extra protein to the salad. It's another peanut dressing. What can I say?! I love the creaminess as well as the little extra protein and nutrition it gives...and this one is a little different from the others. I used quite a bit of vinegar in this one giving it a nice bright zestiness. If your not a fan of vinegar, like I once was, you'll see a substitution for you in the notes. As Tim Gunn from Project Runway liked to say, 'Make it work!'...that's exactly how we'll approach this salad with the various tastes we all have. Hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did. Cheers to the changing seasons and new adventures in vegan fare!

      Light, fresh and delicious!

Chinese Chop Salad + Peanut Sesame Dressing

Chinese Chop Salad + Peanut Sesame Dressing

      Ingredients
      • 1 small head green, savoy or napa cabbage, sliced
      • 1 head romaine lettuce, sliced
      • 1/3 head red cabbage, sliced
      • 1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
      • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, julienned
      • 2 Persian cucumbers or 1 small cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
      • 2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
      • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, loosely packed
      • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds, garnish
      • small handful slivered almonds, garnish
      • 8 oz. plain or grilled firm or extra firm tofu, cubed (optional)
      Peanut Sesame Dressing
      • 1/2 cup apple cider or rice wine vinegar
      • 3 tablespoons natural peanut or almond butter
      • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (2 if using raw almond butter)
      • 2 teaspoons sesame or toasted sesame oil
      • 1/2 inch knob ginger, grated or minced
      • 1 teaspoon sriracha, optional
      • pinch of pink salt or splash of tamari

In a small bowl, mix your dressing and set aside letting the flavors develop. Taste before serving adding anything you feel it needs.

Prepare your vegetables, place in a large bowl. Here you can either add the dressing and toss to coat then serve in individual dishes. OR, you can toss and serve adding a drizzle of dressing over top once plated. Top with tofu, sesame seeds and slivered almonds.

      Serves 4.

      Notes:

Use whatever ingredients you like here. There is plenty so if you don't have access to a few of the items you can sub in something else or omit it all together. Make this a rainbow salad by adding in some julienned or grated carrots. You may like to add in some small broccoli florets, sliced scallions or zucchini too.

If you don't care for vinegar, I would suggest replacing the 1/3 cup of  vinegar with water or unsweetened almond milk and maybe a splash of vinegar for the extra zest it gives. This dressing is meant to be somewhat on the thin side. If you prefer it thicker add a bit more nut butter, to thin add a tad more of the liquids.

For the tofu, you can use uncooked or grilled. I lightly cooked mine using sesame seed oil and a cast iron griddle, about 6 minutes on each side. But it is perfectly fine with tofu from the package, just press if needed and cube it. If you're looking to use cooked tofu here is tutorial from Olives for Dinner that you can reference: 15-Minute Quick and Easy Tofu

      Enjoy the lighter side!

Overnight Buckwheat & Steel Cut Oats Breakfast Jars

Buckwheat & Steel Oats Breakfast Jars

Lately, I've been eating a lot of oatmeal. Especially when I'm on the go, I'll stop by Starbuck's and grab their blueberry oatmeal which is delicious and always hits the spot. I figured it was time to look into coming up with something that I can take on the go. In comes overnight oats, and not just one serving but five for the week. I love the idea of having a couple jars in the refrigerator to grab on the go or simply take out and eat whenever I'm home and in the mood. After a little searching, I can across this recipe from The Kitchn for overnight steel cut oats in jars. Since I had both steel cut oats and buckwheat groats in the pantry, I decided to use the combination. Feel free to use one or the other if you prefer or only have one available (see notes). I've done a Raw Bircher Muesli using buckwheat groats and oats which I love, but cooking the groats and oats and letting them sit overnight leaves them a bit softer, chewier and creamier than my raw version. I really enjoyed this version and would like to try some other variations with grains in the future.

Buckwheat & Steel Oats Breakfast Jars
Buckwheat & Steel Oats Breakfast Jars

Buckwheat groats and steel cut oats are both top notch grains and make for a perfect porridge. Full of protein and fiber, this will leave you feeling satisfied and ready to go for a few hours or more. Add in some of the optional toppings making sure that at least one of them is fresh and you have yourself one heart healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner for that matter!

Buckwheat & Steel Oats Breakfast JarsBuckwheat & Steel Oats Breakfast Jars

You may like to try sliced bananas, chopped almonds, hemp hearts, coconut flakes along with a splash of almond milk and pure maple syrup. Here I added sliced bananas half way through and topped with cinnamon before adding more porridge and topping it off. Nice to have some goodies in the center after you've run out...it's like an overnight oatmeal parfait!

Or maybe some blueberries, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, almond milk and pure maple syrup.

Lastly, how about diced apples, coconut flakes, hemp hearts, coconut sugar with almond milk poured over top with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.

You get the idea...use whatever you have on hand or suits your taste.

Simple, versatile and ready to go!

Buckwheat & Steel Oats Breakfast Jars

Overnight Buckwheat & Steel Cut Oats Breakfast Jars

      Ingredients
      • 1 cup raw buckwheat groats (not toasted aka kasha)
      • 1 cup steel cut oats
      • 5 cups water
      • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
      • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
      • 1 teaspoon ground vanilla or vanilla extract
      • pinch of himilayan salt

      Optional ideas for topping:
      • chopped dates, raisins, apricots or other dried fruit
      • unsweetened coconut flakes
      • fresh berries of all kind
      • coconut, almond, hazelnut or any non-dairy milk
      • pure maple syrup, coconut sugar or other sweetener of choice
      • nuts and seeds of all kinds
      • cocoa nibs
      • 100% fruit jam
      • nut butter

In dutch oven or large pot, bring water and remaining ingredients to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, give a good stir, add more water as needed, replace lid and let sit overnight. Or you can carefully fill your mason jars (or other containers), cover and let sit overnight. Porridge will be fine on the counter, but if you wish you can place it in the refrigerator and it will still be fine. The next day fill your jars with a mix of toppings for grab & go time or simply top each jar when ready to eat.

I prefer to eat my porridge at room temp but you can heat yours either in the microwave for a minute or two, or use a heated pot of water setting the mason jar in the center until warmed.

This will fill 5, maybe 6, pint sized mason jars. Wide mouth jars are preferred, much easier to spoon out of for eating.

Serves 5 - 6. Will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

      Notes:

Feel free to use 2 cups buckwheat or steel cut oats instead of combining the two. If using only buckwheat reduce the water amount to 4 cups.

I like my porridge on the thicker side, adjust water adding more for a thinner consistency. I prefer to add the non-dairy milk at serving to thin it out a bit.

Adjust the amount of cinnamon and cardamom to suit your taste. I'm in love with cardamom at the moment and find myself using a bit more than suggested here.

Bob's Red Mill carries both raw buckwheat groats and steel cut oats. I ordered buckwheat groats from Arrowhead Mills thinking they were raw but they were toasted, it wasn't stated on the front of the package so just be wary. Let these at least be an example of what to look for as they both have different variations.

      Enjoy!

      Mirin & Maple Roasted Almonds

      Mirin & Maple Roasted Almonds

Sweet but not too sweet, these mirin & maple roasted almonds are a welcome addition to the recipe collection. This is my first recipe for roasted nuts and it's about time they appear here. The idea for the mirin & maple glaze came about from my Mirin & Maple Tempeh Stir Fry. I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out as this was something unusual for me but they came out great! It's simple flavors with sweetness from the mirin and maple, warmth from the cinnamon and chipotle, and a tad bit salty. And did you know, almonds are the most alkalizing nut. They're balancing, nourishing and contain high levels of potassium and vitamin E. In fact, nine almonds contain all the vitamin E you need for one day. They make for a great snack anytime of day. They're easy to stash and take along with you when you need a little something to get you through. These roasted almonds are really easy to put together and once ready will be done in 30 minutes. No reason to not have a batch of roasted almonds on hand when they're so easy to make!

      Mirin & Maple Roasted Almonds

Start with fresh raw almonds. Mix your mirin, maple and spices.

      Mirin & Maple Roasted Almonds

Add in your ingredients and toss to coat. Layer on baking sheet and roast.

      Ingredients
      • 3 cups raw almonds (about 1 lb.)
      • 3 tablespoons mirin
      • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
      • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
      • 1/8 teaspoon chipotle powder
      • generous pinch or two mineral salt
      • 1 tablespoon white and/or black sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl, combine the mirin, maple syrup, cinnamon, chipotle powder and salt, mix well.

Put almonds in a large bowl, add the glaze and toss to coat. Add in sesame seeds and combine.

On a large baking sheet (a rimmed one would be ideal), spread mixture in an even layer...it's ok if some clump up. You may even like to sprinkle a little salt on top of the almonds for a little extra saltiness! Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring once.

Remove from oven, let cool and harden.

      Notes:

I recommend sourcing the best mirin you can get. Read the ingredient label and choose ones that are brewed traditionally and do not contain additives like corn syrup or use artificially produced koji enzymes. A good mirin will run you around $10 dollars and is worth the little extra compared to cheaper brands that use additives. You can also use it in the other recipes that call for mirin as mentioned in the first paragraph. It's great to use in marinades and stir fry's. You can use it to glaze your pie crusts and pastries too, giving them a beautiful shiny finish. It may also be used in making desserts such as poached fruit and puddings.

I went a little easy on the spices so adjust to your preference. If you like a little more heat, add a tad bit more chipotle powder. I find these to be great without any spice as well, simply having the mirin, maple and salt as flavoring.

You may want to line your baking sheet with parchment paper for ease of clean up. I didn't personally use any and once cooled from the oven they did tend to stick to the bottom. I had to do a little scraping which didn't hurt my almonds one bit and just made for a little extra effort when cleaning the baking sheet. It's your call!

      Enjoy!
